Refund policy

• To guarantee a seamless and speedy process, all returns must be discussed and authorised in advance with a representative from Thivha Online Store.

• An item is only deemed defective after being returned to Thivha Online Store and being examined by one of our professionals.

• Unless otherwise specified by the Thivha Online Store, all returned products must be provided with the original packing, including accessories, and any necessary documents. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We shall provide a replacement for the same or a similar item of equal value and/or specification if the item is discovered to be defective. In the event that we are unable to satisfy the customer's replacement needs for any reason, we will issue a refund (excluding the shipping costs). The cost of the return shipping to the customer will be at the buyer's expense if the returned item is determined to be in good condition and not defective. A minimum 15% handling fee will be charged on the transaction and both the original shipment cost and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer if they decide not to have the item shipped back and instead request a refund.

• A product's warranty will be void if it is returned to Thivha Online Store with physical damage that was caused by the buyer. The guarantee is void if products are opened, such as to repair or change components. The warranty is void if the firmware is flashed or unauthorised software is used. The guarantee will be void if the warranty seal(s) are damaged, as this constitutes tampering. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and no replacements or refunds will be given.

• Thivha Online Store will repair the item and sell it to recoup any costs if the return cost is not paid for within 3 months.
